What Happens next?
1) We complete a contract with necessary paperwork.
2) One half of total amount is due at signing of the contract.
3) You will receive a layout in a couple of weeks after ordering.
4) One Half of the full total is due at signing....and Balance BEFORE placement

***All customers print and fill out the Q & A, Who we can speak to and Layout Information sheet. (#1,2 & 3)
***#4 Only if you are purchasing a double monument do you need to print and fill out the Double Only Grave Layout sheet. Sign on the line, then circle and sign within that circle for the correct Grave Layout.
***#5 Only print and fill out a Payment Agreement if you plan to pay the one half deposit and balance prior to delivery.
